Website build proposal

The platform behind Take Your Edge Back.

You handed us a real spec: a premium, clinically-guided telehealth platform for men and women. This is the roadmap to build it — a headless, conversion-first site wired to your backend, shipped in phases so revenue starts before the whole thing is done.

Headless · Wizlo API · Gr4vy · quiz-to-stack funnel · ~20 pages
What this actually is
Not a website. A conversion engine for telehealth.

Your spec isn't a brochure site — it's an e-commerce platform: a symptom-and-goal quiz that recommends product "stacks," ad campaigns routed to the right landing page, hidden pricing revealed inside the intake flow, and a checkout wired to your telehealth backend and payments. We build the entire front end and connect it to Wizlo, Gr4vy and Tapfiliate, with the compliance guardrails baked in from day one.

The build
Two phases. Revenue starts after Phase 1.

We ship the marketing site and funnel first — the part that drives traffic and captures intent — then layer commerce and the backend on top. You're live and generating leads while the technical integrations come online.

Phase 1 · ~2 weeks

The site & funnel

~2 wksbuild + polish
~$15Kfixed
Livegenerating leads
  • ~20 pages: home, men & women, testosterone, menopause, peptides, weight-loss / GLP-1, longevity, sexual health, labs, products, stacks, about, founders, science, how-it-works, FAQ, legal
  • The quiz → product-stack recommendation flow
  • Ad → landing-page routing logic
  • Full brand system, responsive, fast, SEO-ready
  • Compliance-swept copy (cosmetic/telehealth-safe language)
  • Lead capture + intake entry points
Phase 2 · ~2–3 weeks

Commerce & backend

~2–3 wksbuild + test
~$15–20Kscope-dependent
Fulle-commerce live
  • Wizlo headless API integration (products, intake, patient flow)
  • Gr4vy payments & checkout
  • Tapfiliate affiliate tracking
  • Hidden-pricing logic (revealed inside intake/consult)
  • Labs integration (Quest / Labcorp) if in scope
  • End-to-end testing + compliance review
Timeline
Live in ~2 weeks. Fully loaded in ~4–5.

Once we have the brand assets and API access, the clock starts. AI-assisted development means this moves in weeks, not months.

Week 1
Brand + core pages
System, home, audience & product pages
Week 2
Quiz + funnel · Phase 1 LIVE
Quiz-to-stack, ad routing, launch
Week 3
Wizlo + catalog
API wiring, product data, pricing logic
Week 4
Payments + affiliate
Gr4vy checkout, Tapfiliate
Week 5
Test + compliance
QA, edge cases, launch commerce
Investment
Build it once. Then we run it for you.
One-time build
~$30–35K

Phase 1 (site + funnel) ~$15K + Phase 2 (commerce + integrations) ~$15–20K. Phased invoicing — you pay for Phase 1, see it live, then greenlight Phase 2.

Ongoing management
$1,500/mo

Hosting, maintenance, updates, new product & landing pages for your ad campaigns, and funnel optimization. This is a live revenue platform — it needs an owner. Scales up as you add products and channels.

Ranges reflect that the backend scope depends on Wizlo & Gr4vy API complexity. Final Phase 2 number is locked once we review the API docs. If any single integration needs a specialist, it's covered within scope.

To start
What we need from you.

Two items are true blockers for the backend; everything else we build in parallel.

Backend / integrations

  • Wizlo API keys + full API docs (blocker)
  • Gr4vy payment account + keys (blocker)
  • Tapfiliate affiliate account + key
  • Quest / Labcorp lab access (if in scope)

Brand & content

  • Full brand package (logo, colors, fonts)
  • Product catalog + actual pricing
  • Founder videos + photos
  • Page copy, or the go-ahead for us to write it

Access & legal

  • Domain + hosting details
  • Privacy policy, notice of privacy practices, refund policy
  • Sign-off on health-claims language (telehealth + controlled substances)

Send the two keys. We start Phase 1.

Get us the Wizlo and Gr4vy access plus the brand package, and we'll have your site live and capturing leads in about two weeks — the backend coming online right behind it.
